LS-1866
The LS‑1866 is not only compact and lightweight, but also a simple and easy to use air leak tester. Compact size body with the latest functions, such as master preset, multi-channel and mL/min leak rate display, etc.
Equipped with a highly sensitive / high pressure resistant DP sensor as well as a heat-resistant air controlled valve. The basic circuit, a high performance and exceptionally safe intelligent air circuit, performs checks of valve operation and sensor sensitivity during each test. The master presetting function and the NR mode function enable improved detection capability and reduced test times. Channel functions are also available, allowing compatibility with many types of workpieces.
Prest Master
It extracts the actual leakage from drift or noise factors affecting the measurement. This function improves the production ratio and shortens the cycle time.
Clamp output
DC24V is emitted from the beginning to the end of the test. The use of this signal allows control of the clamp template by the air leak tester.
Leakage calibration
The calibration port, located on the front panel of the air leak tester, allows easy verification of the leak rate by installing Leak Maste, etc.
Quick fixing bracket
Installation or removal of the air leak tester can be easily accomplished with only two threads.
