LS-R740(SS)
The LS-R740SS performs high-sensitivity leak testing on microvolume parts. The parts to be tested are placed in a fixture and the inside of the parts are pressurized to measure the pressure change generated by the leak.

The influence of the noise generated during the test on the workpiece can be compensated, reducing the test time.
