Display
3.5 inch color LCD Selectable between 3 different measurement displays.
Intelligent pneumatic circuit
It comes with self-checking functions: sensor, sensitivity, air valve performance.
Automatic K (Ve) configuration
K (Ve) can be configured via Leak Master to measure the leakage coefficient and convert the measured pressure into a flow rate.
Leakage limits
Two sets of leakage limits: medium/small leakage on the working side (UL / UL2) and on the master side (LL / LL2).
Electro-pneumatic control
For models that come with an electro-pneumatic regulator, different test pressures can be set independently for each channel.
Noise reduction
Eliminate noise by repeating the DET stage when readings are between DET UL and DET UL2. (To disable the "Cycle over" setting)
Inspection and Calibration
Verification of the offset and range of the differential pressure sensor (DPS). Verification of the offset and range of the pressure sensor (PS).
Compensation
Mastering, automatic deviation compensation, fixed compensation.
Self-diagnosis
Performance of pneumatic valves, DPS/PS compensation, CPU performance, and others.
Sensor protection
Air purge (smart pneumatic circuit): the pneumatic circuit is cleaned at the end of each leak test. Ready for external exhaust valve: the valve is sold separately.
